Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI have been working at Enzen full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Enzen Odisha is a good platform for beginners. You will be able to learn many things if you really want. It is a growing company and do not have adequate skilled manpower and you have a chance to work at a greater capacity. You may get bigger roles, quick promotions and salary hike if you prove you are worth. The environment will help you to learn the act of entrepreneurship if you put your insight.
Cons
The leaders driving the show for Odisha operations are not disciplined, capable and mature. They are working for personal convenience and try to create groups among employees. The appraisals are not regular and fair. Some employees contribute a little but are rated excellent. Absolutely no discipline and time management for employees holding leadership roles. Employees who are disciplined and contribute the company have to suffer for them. There is no work life balance. The HR and Admin. Depts. are hopeless and having no authority at all. Employees are misguided and assets and facilities are misused a lot.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI have been working at Enzen full-time for less than a year
Pros
Nice facility and location. good surroundings
Cons
No consideration for work life balance
Thanks for your comment. As an existing BU Head, I would advise that you either speak to myself or the Global P&C or BU Head or Country Head to obtain the clarity you require. We are going through a significant change at this time, bringing in a number of new leaders to take the business forward. The influx of new leaders vs old leaders has perhaps caused some ambiguity, but this will settle. Additionally the work being undertaken on our brand and vision will help bring clarity. In terms of work life balance, as a leader it is expected that you manage your time accordingly. We do not prescribe your working hours, we expect you to use your judgement and it is your responsibility to establish boundaries and manage your own diary... skills expected of any leader.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Enzen full-time
Pros
No Pros. All is a lie
Cons
Fake policies Fake Rules Management lie all the time to employees. Management make lot of money and pay pennies to their workers. No work life balance. Please forget work life balance if working here. Management full of politics and unreliable manager. No support to employees. To respect to employees. In the name of career opportunities they fool employees and ask them to work in different roles even though employees are not interested. Never expect any compensation or benefits. You have to work overtime with no extra pay at all. No benefits to family or self.

Many thanks for your comments and I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with Enzen. We are an evolving organisation and we have been working hard to introduce new initiatives and support frameworks. This year in particular we are introducing a new career path, a new banding structure, bench marking our remuneration and benefits, and have recently launched exciting new policies. We recognize that we still have some way to go, but we do believe that the changes we are making are positive and will benefit our staff. Unfortunately change can be difficult for some, and not everyone will support or wish to make these changes with us. In such circumstances we can only thank staff for what they have contributed and where they choose to leave wish them well in their future endeavors.
