You will tortured each day. You will have to work 15 hrs a day to get salaries. you will have to be online 7 days a week. You will be threatened if you raise your voice.

No pros as such. Everything is fake.

Cons

1) Poor management skills 2) Micro management of employees 3) Unnecessarily pressurizing employees 4) They attract young talent by offering impressive packages in the beginning and later on even on a single day if some employee has not delivered then they immediately send a notice mail and continued by firing process. 5) Since I joined the company in last 5 months around 15 employees have been fired one by one at gurgaon location. personal suggestion: please do not join this company or else you will risk your stable job.
