Some individuals in the creative team are prone to generating needless drama, causing frustration and prompting several team members to leave. I personally know 5 who left and 2 who changed teams. Specifically, a few higher-ups in the team display an unpleasant arrogance, reminiscent of the flashy agency culture portrayed in the TV show "Mad Men." Despite their misguided behavior, these individuals seem to believe that they are immune to criticism. I suggests that such behavior is indicative of deeper psychological issues and could benefit from professional therapy. Simply engaging in YOGA is not going to help!
