Cab facilities...Free lunch on Fridays....work life balance... good leave policies
Cons
Impacted a lot of people after its take over by Publicis Groupe. Many people were fired but with a good compensation.

The Pros and Cons are about S&I analytics team only - Good learning program - Leadership is very open to suggestions and act upon them - Work-Life balance (timing flexibility , WFH , leave benefits etc.) - Variety of work and ease of cross-team working provides a good platform for professional growth for an individual
