There were many, many problems.

Management are unfortunately chosen due to birth place ie Italian, accommodation is supplied at a cost to yourself in some of the worst conditions i have ever had the mispleasure of staying in (7 men to a room), we also need to pay back our original visa cost which is illegal and of course planning by Management is at best childlike and at worst woefully unprofessional, cheap labour from the asian countries and high unexperienced numbers means quality and moral is at an all time low, recently idiot HR manager sacking/retirement could prove to be a positive.
