      Pros

Generous PTO (if you aren't so overworked that you can use it), Ability to work from home.

      Cons

Short Term focus, Lack of transparency from senior leadership. Everything runs through a grapevine. You have to be in one of the clicks to know what is going on. No accountability. Favoritism rules

      Outstanding employment experience!

      Pros

The pay is competitive, most employees are empowered to make their own decisions (depending on dept manager), matching 401K, very generous PTO days, most departments work from home a few days per week, very diverse and inclusive environment, best employer I've ever had.

      Cons

There are no cons that I can think of. Employment experience varies based on individual department management.

      Pros

Work from home, business casual dress code unless in the Manhattan office.

      Cons

Management has strong personalities and egos, limited promotions, pay is low, expected to handle many more responsibilities that are not included in the job title description without eventually being compensated. Never felt like you are in a stable growing environment.

      Pros

Remote work from home opportunities, benefits, women have leadership roles, flexible hours, contact center closes at 7pm and no weekend hours

      Cons

Management has strong personalities and egos, pay is low, very difficult to get a raise as the margin of error is slim to none, the job title doesn’t fit the description, management doesn’t trust the employees they hire, claims to have work life balance but no sick days can be taken or personal days without advance notice (yes I said advanced notice for sick/personal days)

      Pros

In my department the people are great and want to see you succeed. Benefits are decent. Work from home is a nice perk.

      Cons

Terrible communication between upper management and employees. Opportunity for growth is limited. Compensation is on the low side.

      Pros

Flexible work from home, casual dress code, good benefits

      Cons

Working at AXA is stressful. Due to cost cutting and downsizing, everyone is expected to complete overwhelming amounts of work while also worrying about their own job security. This is not a suitable place to develop your career

      Pros

great pay and generous PTO. Very flexible work from home policy

      Cons

In IT everything is project driven, and if your project ends and you can't jump on another project your in jeopardy of being laid off. There is constant of being laid off or your job being outsourced. I've never worked in a more fear driven environment. The new senior management is cutting jobs faster than i have ever seen a company do cuts - all in a capricious manner.
