Extremely good management, so professional, ethical and really good work culture, growth scale is exponential, really good clientele, promising organization in event industry, family run business, and the whole company and its employees is like one family. the management is approachable, descent payment compared to industry standards, along with other employee benefit programs like ESI, PF, Health Insurance and so on.
Cons
Cons are not about the company, but the industry by itself is a 24x7 round the clock industry. At times, we may need to work on Sundays, public holidays and whole nights. But it would be kinda relaxed when there are lesser events, so it gets compensated.
