      Pros

Great culture and atmosphere. Family really cares about employees. Fun and interesting things going on in IT as company catches up on technology.

      Cons

Long hours and too many projects. Some managers micro-manage everything, but senior leadership is great.

      Pros

Pay and benefits are good. Employees are good people. 401k is a 50% match up to 7% of income. Health insurance is great and affordable with vision, dental, 3 sick/personal days per year and good prorated vacation.

      Cons

Not enough supervision and accountability for improper freight loading. Too much emphasis on quantity not quality. Improper safety measures for dock cleanliness (no machine for cleaning platform for prevention of dust particle inhilation.) No overtime until after 52 hours. Long hours and usually not allowed to get overtime.

Family owned but the family values are gone

      Pros

Profitable, very low debt, overall strong financially in an industry that yields very low margins. Excellent money management at corporate level. Not afraid to spend money on equipment. Generally good employee relations. If your a good driver you'll have a job for life.

      Cons

Pay scales not adjusted to regions or competitive with industry. 2 sick days a year. Advancement limited Advancement from within almost non existent. Local managers are the most expendable, no security. District management in certain regions poor. District management not held accountable for poor descion making or unethical behavior. Hard work, long hours and being a comitted company person mean absolutely nothing to district management.

      Pros

Great company with excellent benefits. Competitive compensation and safety orientated. I've enjoyed the opportunity to be employed by this company and it has definitely been a blessing to my family and I.

      Cons

Although I believe that this is a great company to work for, the hours that you put in can be a bit long. The compensation is more than fair, so that kinda makes up for the long hours. At times, the communication can be a little better, but overall, a very great place to work in my opinion!

      Good pay but noticeable flaws

      12 Jun 2018 - Clerk

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good pay, benefits, a lot of hours, office environment, bonuses, holiday pay, PTO, 3 personal days, $100 gift card to company store every holiday season, and good HR.

      Cons

Long hours, tedious work, bad quality control, owners and higher-ups pocket a lot of the money earned by the customer service reps and truck drivers, rules are only enforced when they want to be (i.e., one person can call out for 3 days in a row and another will be reprimanded immediately), managers always break rules for customers, inefficient routes created by management, not a forward thinking company (i.e., a day's work will be almost always focused on tasks at hand and not improving any daily tasks for future benefit).
