There are a few hectic projects where managers and above will treat others as slaves, as they are thinking , they are giving salary from their account, but they always go out for lunch/smoke/dinner, creating groupism like drink/smoke people and believing those people are more good with technology. One of the best companies, but intermediate management people are creating a bad culture here. The company provides more funds to the project, but they find numerous ways to enjoy themselves within the group of people. There is a silent fire inside the project because of budget mapping. top level people's salaries will be high, so they want middle level tech should go out. Tech lead/ Architect won't pass over their knowledge to junior, simply they crates dependency. Manager/Director expecting more complaints from lead, if lead provided mode complaints about the team they he will be good in managing people, if not he is not a good lead. Simply I would say like government office, who joined here before 6 or 7 years they creates a group and enjoy all the benefits and not allowing new joiner to stay not more than 2/3 years, he will resign due to the mind pressure or they will ask him to resign.

* You can survive in this organization only if you have GOD Father * Too much nepotism * Hire and fire policy. After firing also they wont keep up there words on Final settlement. Once you have moved out, you have to take what they will give, other wise they wont give your Experience letter. * There is no value for the hard work/effort put into the project. Credit and Onsite will be taken by some one close to Management. * No ethical or moral values for Managers/Directors, just for courtesy they did not even arrange one send off call for layed off employees. * Be careful while joining this organization.

Pros

1) Eurofins Group is among top 3 across all geoghaphical regions within testing ecosystem. The company is outperforming its peers year after year; posting strong revenue growth. 2) This means that there are plenty of options for the someone to learn and grow both as an individual and professional. 3) Company policies are on par with some of the other big IT companies in India and I have seen it 1st hand. 4) It respects and promotes work life balance. Almost every managers support the concept which is driven by the senior leadership. 5) Extremelly condusive culture that foster friendship, mentorship and bonding with other colleagues. 6) It cares of its employee which is one of the reason many employees have spend well over 5 years in the company including myself as this is the only company where I have spent more than 5 years. 7) Not only does the company hear to its employees, it also acts on the suggestions and ideas. This is followed religiously with timely communication as well.

Cons

No company is perfect and it's true for Eurofins as well. However I consider it part of the learning curve. The important aspect is that the leadership provides a platform for employees to voice their opinions/concerns/suggestions and then act on it.
