- I have been here for close to a year at this point and was already promoted 8 months in. The same holds true for others around me as well. Being that I'm still early on in my career, growth opportunities are really important to me. Anytime I have expressed an interest in developing my skills in other areas, senior leadership on my team has always been really supportive. - Relative to other companies I have worked at, work-life balance here is unparalleled. I'm able to take advantage of flexible work arrangements which really goes a long way in terms of how I feel during the work week. -Benefits are pretty good here (I especially like the unlimited PTO and the maternity leave policy is unbeatable). I also love our snacks and the fresh fruit in the morning. - Forward thinking company. Leadership at EH is always trying to improve our existing products while also looking at new areas to explore within the industry. I have a lot of faith that we will continue to be ahead of the curve especially on the consumer side.
Cons
I would really like to see tuition assistance added to our benefits plan. We should really have more events in the office that promote meeting new people from other teams.

Fruit, free snacks, free vending machines, free cold brew, free beer coming. Really strong people here. Best people I've ever seen at any company. Smart, driven, fun, focused. Lots of reorg has happened but all for the best. Company seems to be really getting on track. Most posts that are negative here are probably people who have been canned. No where is perfect but I'm very happy here and feeling better and better about the future. Priorities are getting in alignment with strategy and tactics. Things looking up! Casual dress. Stylish folks. Trending toward a more flexible work life balance including unlimited paid time off and the option for some people to work from home at times. Really seems like things are looking good in the months to come. Priorities at upper management are in line with company strategic needs. New CEO understands the business and what's important and how to move forward in the most efficient strategic way possible.
Cons
Reorg has had people scared but things are set now for a while. Vending machine has no chocolate. The beer has not yet arrived. Rugs are not that spotless. The walls need a bit of work. Recently acquired and so it is transition time, but seems like that part is past us. More sugar-free iced teas needed in the free drink fridge. Corporate events and happy hours are minimal.
