      Pros

      - They Are trying to improve - Good incentive policy - Doing good business

      Cons

      - They do not follow any process (even very less email communications) - They do not respect talent even if you complete your work smartly and efficiently you have to work for 8-8.5 hours to complete the daily time. long story short whatever you do you have to give your 8.5 hours out of 24 hours. - They don't trust their employee - Managers have no or very less knowledge - They demotivate you by only pointing out mistakes you made once in a while and don't appreciate anytime even if you learn new skills - Mangers speak very badly sometimes - Poor Increament

      I worked in Evince development full-time (More than 2 years).It was a great experience to work with Evince.A very good company to start your career as a fresher as well as experianced. I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it’s can help for growth and learn. Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO and COO is highly lovable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team. Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues, Flexible working hours,events,celebration, team training meeting , trip, cricket tournament these all helping for relaxing work. Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with such a company 1. Great work environment if you are capable 2. Friendly environment 3. Supportive staff 4. Good Projects 5. Increment process is based on performance, perform like devil than sure you will get devil type increment
