I have been working at ExpressJet Airlines full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Decent pay and benefits are great once you get topped out

    Cons

Management does not appreciate its employees anymore since SkyWest took over they hate the union and they have made it clear by shutting base after base down. Now they will spend triple on c-checks compared to what they would have had they not closed its biggest base down.

I have been working at ExpressJet Airlines full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good top out pay other than no raise for 5 years... Been stable for the most part.

    Cons

Our planes are becoming obsolete and Skywest our parent company is purchasing bigger airplanes under our name and using them for themselves, with no opportunity for us to get the bigger ones. Our management has became all profit driven rather then family oriented as in Legacy Expressjet. I know my base has became alot of good ole boy system rather then = opportunities for union brothers & sisters.
