    Pros

    Flight benefits with the major carrier, schedule flexibility once you get some seniority.

    Cons

    Straight reserve for an endless amount of time. You have a very low priority on your major carriers standby list. This could mean that you sit at the airport all day before you're able to get on a flight, or you might have to come back another day because you never left your home airport.

    Great training program. Senior Management has a family approach towards the crew. Work colleagues are supportive and take the time to assist you in adjusting to the work-life schedule.

    Cons

    The economic outlook doesn't look great for the company due to the financial effect of Covid-19.
