      Pros

      PTO time was great and I liked that they contribute to a 401k whether you do or not. They really tried to put an emphasis on work life balance which is greatly appreciated. Work load was just right.

      Cons

      The new CEO is the reason many lost their jobs. They blame Covid, but it was poor leadership and lack of focus from the sales team. Sorry but you should've kept Ross.
