1) Rigid Management 2) Long unnecessery Procedure of admissions 3) too much rules and regulations to follow 4) only one weekly off that too on a weekday( mostly Monday) 5) Favourable towards faculty and ignore the non faculty staff( admission team )

You can work in very peacefully environment

Cannot work too long in FIITJEE, its very harmfull for your carrier because Centre Heads not ethically very strong in behaviour, pathetic situation for non-faculty employees, Centre heads act like dual-mouth.
