Pros
FIS Global is the best company you can possible get a chance to work for. They are fair with their benefits packages and PTO is provided right away instead of having to work for it first. This company has so many areas that you can work in and different clients you can work for. If you want to work for an employer and have it be your last employer but not your last job, this company is definitely the one. Pay is great as well and even better when OT is avail.

You have to be at the company for a year to switch to another department (Not that big of a con).
