- Work culture is good - Policies are fairly defined for employees - One can fine work-life balance - If you are managing a team (i.e. have control & authority to make amends), you can make a positive difference (also depends on your reporting manager). - Leaves are not an issue at all
Cons
- Employees are not appraised well enough - I spent almost a decade there but the send off by management was extremely poor (Managers in the US/UK send out a farewell email with team member's accomplishments over the tenure they spent with the company - This practice isnt common here in India - Sadly!). The team members had to remind the management to schedule a call on the LWD. They set up a call for the sake of it which was so disappointing. - Career mapping is a disaster. - Frequent management changes causes lot of frustration among employees especially when a promotion is expected. - Global merger of teams: Unplanned, horribly executed, poorly communicated & terrible managed post transition. The feedback given by team members fell on deaf years literally for months altogether. - Do not expect a satisfactory salary hike especially during the pandemic. It is a joke given the amount of efforts all employees put in while WFH. - Much more to highlight but..

- Work Culture is great. - Employees trying to settle down can have good Work Life Balance - Salary is better than service based companies - Managers and HRs are easily approachable. - They have come up with lots of initiatives to promote innovation and working with latest technologies
Cons
- Some of the projects are still on old technologies so if you are looking to work on new or trending tech understand for which project you are getting hired - Salary falls in the mid-range. Better than service based companies but not upto the mark of product based.

1. If employee is looking out for career opportunities in company, he/she is actively encouraged. 2. FIS did fantastic in looking after employee/family needs during Covid emergency 3. Work culture underwent drastic changes to include more wfh % in a work week for employee safety and more balanced work-life. 4. Predominantly a product company with huge suite of products across banking, capital markets and payments domain

1. No long term onsite opportunities 2. Bell curve followed religiously. If you are not in the top 70%, it can be a nightmare for your prospects in the company. 3. Very flat hierarchy. Only 5 layers of management from top. 4. High control of decisioning by US management/ leadership. Low degree of freedom at offshore

Employee policy. Product work culture. Good Cafeteria. Good policy for insurance and parental insurance. Good for People who want to stay in India as no onsite opportunities though it is related to financial domain.

Poor HR management. Don't expect good hike or good projects even if your experience is 4 years. Their interviews are average to tough we can say but you may or may not get good project though irrespective of whatever good projects you did. They have internal framework god knows how it is developed why it is developed. Senior Management not good. No onsite opportunities don't join if you have such things in mind. Salary Negotiation skills of HR is very poor. Take it or leave it kind of treatment you will receive. people forget every thing but cannot forget treatment which they got during joining,

Salary is very low Notice period is 75 days For experienced candidate they do not provide training you have to do self training just by reading documentation Most of projects are huge so you get to work on very limited part.
