* Power struggle * Vertical growth cannot be expected sooner. It takes minimum of 3-5 years on your next promotion * Unexpected Layoffs * Internal & External politics among team members (That is natural everywhere)

Occasionally providing salary increament of 5% overall ,and cheat remaining 5% will be given if company achieves its financial target in next 2 months

Cons

Job security zero %, Annual Layoff is routine and practiced for last 14 years from 2008 to till date. Salary negotiation is bitter cheating. You will be cheated by saying global travel opportunities mostly. But you will not be considered for any global travel. Work life balance is zero, Racial discrimination is indirect, Gender discrimination is High, No benefits except salary, All projects will have unrealistic schedules to complete, Biased work culture, Manager friendly employees will be given High salary hikes and global opportunities, you will be stressed out to get sick, there were in house deaths due to heart attack were twisted to evade insurances.
