      No work life balance and no proper management

      No pros to write about.

      Cons

      No proper management. No flexibility. Have to go to office on daily basis and they make you work on Saturdays also in the name of WFH. No facilities. Won't recommend to anyone.

      Pros

      Decent work life balance. None management employee relationship is great.

      Cons

      Bonus compensation is not transparent and left to department heads sole discretion. Mangers are known to bully. Employee rights are not above sales objectives. Mangers are also the sales force.
