      Good learning experience, very friendly team members and passionate colleagues. Quality of projects is also very good and engaging.

      A good team of smart, young consultants who are genuinely passionate about social impact. They are the life and soul of this company, who despite putting in absurdly long hours at work, go the extra mile to keep the office culture open, friendly and honest

      Cons

      There are folks in the leadership group who tend to be removed from the realities of scaling an organisation or bridging the comprehension gap between consultants and operations staff. As a result, everyone ends up sweating the small stuff leading to poor work-life balance.
