Pros

You will get promoted if you're one of bosses friends or family members. This doesn't apply to you if you're not one of the chosen ones.

Cons

You will not get promoted if you are not one of the chosen ones. Better contracts are handed to the teacher's pets. Management will throw anyone under the bus to protect themselves and the people they like.

Growth mindset but some questionable things going on..

Cons

Management always against each other. One day you’re told something and the next you are told the opposite. Family can’t get on the same page. They don’t communicate with each other and don’t communicate with employees
