Pros
You will get promoted if you're one of bosses friends or family members. This doesn't apply to you if you're not one of the chosen ones.
Cons
You will not get promoted if you are not one of the chosen ones. Better contracts are handed to the teacher's pets. Management will throw anyone under the bus to protect themselves and the people they like.

Most of the employees are good to work with Benefits are good
Cons
Terrible leadership Employed family members recieve better positions and pay Very clearly favors family and bends the rules for the favorites No job security Company values/policies only apply to those not in the favorites group Company holds commissions for whatever reason they like and will not disclose it Leadership is nowhere to be found during the summer...they're too busy golfing
