Pros
Small team - great opportunity to collaborate & work on multiple projects, top tier clients, not too hierarchical
Cons
Poor work-life balance, no team outings/ events, Management hesitates in having the junior members of the team interact directly with the Client and Counsel, Yes-men are appreciated!

Bonus structure is a black box (at least in my group, however in other groups you get quarterly bonuses based on utilization), absolutely no equity unless you are a SMD

Global platform, got chance to work on projects with multi-regions, Work-life balance for most time
Cons
The CN Corporate Finance team is actually doing sourcing business. I worked there for one year and was kept working on sourcing projects (since senior management has only procurement background but it happens in corporate finance team). The team is still hiring finance person and make them work on the sourcing business. Top management lack of integrity to staffs and almost no leadership can be seen. The office is deeply political with toxic culture. And junior to mid staffs are paid significantly less than other FTI peer teams. Turnover is very high.
