    Pros

Benefits are very strong. Culture is very inclusive and collaborative. People at FactSet really care about doing their best and doing what is right.

    Cons

Annual compensation/merit increases are not strong. They need a better and more transparent structure around this to reward employees for strong performance.

Former Employee - Content Analyst in Manila, Manila

I worked at FactSet full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Perks like shuttle service (office to door for mid shift, door to office for graveyard shift), free drinks, free merienda (once a month) Twice a year to recieve bonuses Team members are welcoming and friendly Holiday parties, Team outing/building, CSR activities, Sportsfests

    Cons

Politics. Managers does not seem to care about their people's career progression. I have stayed here for five years and I haven't got a promotion, even though I was performing well throughout the years. They'll give it to someone who'll always agree with them, not the ones who'll challenge the status quo. They'll brush off any criticisms and complaint by the employees, thinking that they know what's best for the company. FactSet is a great company, however, it doesn't want to listen to it's employees. Also, salary is subpar.
