Fareportal gives immense opportunity to all employees to showcase their talent and grow in the company. You get the freedom to try, showcase and implement new technologies. CTO of the company is fairly technical and hands on and appreciate and encourages innovation. Many of the employees here have joined as freshers and are now leading BIG teams, they have acquired immense technical knowledge and great team management skills. Working atmosphere is excellent and everyone helps each other in meeting the common goals. Company provide free cab services and food to all its employees. Company provides safe and friendly working environment to all female employees. Overall an amazing company to work for.

Cons

Office hours are little odd but company compensate that by providing free cab services and food. Also you safe several hours by avoiding regular office hours traffic.

No MOBILE Phone /and BAG ALLOW INSIDE office, daily checking by Security gards No Learning, no appreciation from managers this is heaven for some employees who are favorite of his manager Good For freshers, Worst company for more than 2+yr exp (no new learning) No working environment (politics playing by management), Your JOB IS NOT SAFE here , 3 Month notice period , Few managers do not have management skills, @@@@@ Stressful environment Lots of work pressure No Job security Not good for those people who have family (11:30AM - 9:30 PM shift ) hire and fire company

Distance: Slightly Outer from City. (Location) Parking Space is limited for personal Vehicles,but company still provide Home Pick and Drop Transport Facilities to all Employes.

HR staff specially ER Nitesh and Recruiter lead Vikash dutt they are very helpful and cooperative... Working environment is very cool never felt pressurised.

Only Location is something where it will get 3 out of 5.Otherwose everything is perfect there.
