Worst work culture for Talent Acquisition Department

Lots of work to learn and experience.

1. Hires only intern (full-time) for Talent Acquisition team then makes the slogs by overloading them. 2. Have to work 12 hours daily excluding lunch break, no work-life balance 3. Inconsiderate and rude to the employees 4. Hires students then don't even give relaxation for their final exam, simply cut their stipend for exam day. 5. Very low stipend 6. Fools people with fake PPO promises, they simply hire for 6 months contract basis and then hire the next set of interns, interns are only handling the entire team. 7. Gives no experience certificate or proof if you leave before 6 months, which most people do, due to declining mental health. 8. Employees receive calls/texts at 2:00 am also regarding work and they expect employees to answer those. 9. Unrealistic expectations/target and deadlines

monopoly in training team initially which was later broken by great HODs who came onboard. No work life balance. Employees were forced to believe that not taking any leave was something to be proud of.
