Being a courier can be a tough job. But good pay. Stable business. worklife balance is good too especially on the weekends
Cons
It is very hard for couriers in Singapore to go for annual leave. Manager will reject your leave application no matter how urgent is was. This leave applied for more than 3 weeks time. No one can take leave so better remove the leave entitlement. Every year end, every courier team need to plot their leave for the next year. Imagine 1 year ahead.
