Pros
Health care plan was good and low cost but perhaps this was due to the high number of young employees. Work hours for me were flexible.
Cons
Low pay, no bonus, or raises. Exclusively paper environment - for a science and tech company need to move to all data acquisition systems to be in current industry standards. Lab Equipment was old and always breaking down and as well as the facility. Everyday that I came to work there was an issue. Management treated production personnel as robots.
