    Company culture used to be very good until recently. Too much politics now, and toxic culture especially in IT area.

    Good benefits but old school

    Cons

    Internal technology is archaic. Working with horribly dated technology. IT help desk is horrible. Work life balance is horrible. Very old school corporate work life balance approach. Not flexible for modern working young professionals.

    Pros

    Work life balance, Greg Carmichael provides excellent leadership, good benefits, competitive salary, some areas are great at fostering collaboration

    Cons

    Some managers are not good at mentoring, some women executives hold other women back or terminate them for competing ideas. Younger leadership is needed. Management by intimation is not an effective method.
