The only positive aspect of working here was the team of employees, who were supportive and great to work with. Unfortunately, the overall environment created by management was toxic, with poor communication and lack of respect for staff
Cons
My experience at this company was very challenging. There were zero opportunities to learn, the work environment was stressful, communication was poor, and support from management was lacking. Employees often felt undervalued, and high turnover was common. I would encourage future candidates to ask detailed questions about management style and company culture before accepting an offer.
