      Pros

      I have worked in over 3 companies before this and these are the Pros: - Amazing peers who support and help you grow. - Everyone has a very good sense of humor. It is work + fun. - I have learned the value of time & planning timelines. - Complete transparency which makes you feel the growth of the organization

      - Sometimes the work can get intense, but then again that can be considered as a challenge and is at the heart of any startup

      Please dont launch products to clients in beta stage and end up experimenting with the client and then leave it with the Business development manager to do the damage control
