    Pros

Medical, 401k, paid vacation bonus program.

    Cons

This place is suppose to be a premiere place to work. Upper management does not care for inside store employees only store managers. Since this COVID19 hours got cut to 35 which is understandable during these tough times however store managers and Upper management keep their high salary pay and they cut the hourly employee because it's a controllable expense! How about the guys who bust their butts off for you answering phones running outside to customers cars sweating in the heat and shirving in the cold for you. And what do we get a nice kick in the behind because we are endangering your salary pay now. We are in the front lines speaking with people who might have the virus while you're so called upper management is sitting at home shaking their heads at profits. I heard first hand from this so called emergency call that was done today April 17, 2020. "Hey store managers be glad you got your merits and your salary is not being messed with." You guys obviously did not do your research before letting employees go. You kept the lazy ones who don't even get up to answer the phone. How s that for your business!
