Very good company , not much work pressure . Very fast in adopting new tech . Very good software division . They have take care of their employees well. Best company if you have experience and looking to settle down . Don’t expect salaries as high as core technology companies .

Infra division in first American india is not the place to be in . No growth both in terms of career and salary , the job is routine , so technical expertise is not the primary criteria for the management in infra division in India . Lot of regional politics . Only Andra guys have good growth …. Infra division in india is run like a BPO .. 90% of them have no engineering mindset or expertise apart from a couple of guys whom u can literally count with your finger .

. Too much micromanagement. . Onshore teams do no work and all work is done by us. .On shore teams lies about job security and once work is done they will terminate you.
