Management are very distant which essentially makes you feel like a freelancer but you have to settle with their salary offer

- Given the opportunity to work with international tier-1 bank clients and gain first-hand experience in the kdb+ framework - Allow to WFH and don't have the intention of going back to the office - Courses and study material in different areas of knowledge are available to every employee regardless of the business nature of your position (finance, tech, business)

- Relatively way below market salary - It's mandatory to learn a really tough coding language called kdb+/q and write different exams/capstone projects in the first 2 years - High turnover rate - Receive no or very little support from the company once assigned to client site, barely communication with your manager - Constantly require to work on the weekend but given comp leaves
