Uniform provided New ambulances Relaxed atmosphere All equipment is provided, quick restocking Everyone knows each other by name Practically no supervision

Cons

No direct deposit Biweekly pay Equipment doesn't work (IVAC pumps, some Vents) Long hours when mandated Base is located far from civilization Low pay compared to others

Pros

Very relaxed company atmosphere. All of the employees seem to enjoy the job and company.

Cons

Employees call off at times and that will make it difficult, but that is everywhere. By comparison to other ems companies, call volume, management, nature of calls... great place to work. Response times are difficult to make that are mandated by the city.
