A good environment to work is one that fosters employee safety, growth and goal attainment. It is a workplace that promotes a positive culture, open and honest communication, compassionate team members, positive reinforcement, growth opportunities, positive thinking and good work-life balance. A good work environment can increase productivity, improve morale, foster growth and promote collaboration among employees.

This company is known for layoff its employees. The company has also faced legal challenges and public backlash for its unethical practices. This company is not a good choice for anyone who values job security.

It's a wonderful sight to see most of the leaders grew within the organisation from advisor level. It has it perks. However the cons include forming a network of individuals who support one another's misses and flaws based on tenurity in the org. than look at facts and flaws with the system and work towards improvement.
