It gives an opportunity to grow professionally within the organization by providing opportunities to move to different verticals/functions/departments. It encourages employees to upskill by providing internal training and sponsoring external training.

Cons

Salary packages might not be at par with market standards. However, the company revises the CTC if the correction is needed. You might have to be ready to work in different shifts. The work timing might vary based on the nature of the work and the team you work with.

I had a very bad experience in Flex was interviewed for 3 rounds and after 3 rounds they told my salary expectation is quite high whereas I asked only for 20% hike. For all the three rounds 1 hr was wasted. If you are not interested to hire please dont waste candidate time.

1. Extremely poor salary and extremely high workload - this company thrives on slave labour and the attrition numbers speak for themselves 2. Poor management - Has no idea about ground level realities. Here, component engineers with 3+ yrs of experience are paid less than freshers in other companies 3. Push experienced hard workers to work even more by asking them to train freshers who will all quit within 1 year so the workload is always on you 4. Empty promises by management constantly with no results. No promotions for merit but only for Managers close friends. 5. Poor work life balance - You will constantly be asked to stretch beyond your work hours and even during work hours you will barely get time to take a break Altogether, this is a terrible company to work for and all of our blood sweat and tears are drained here. Ignore the positive reviews, they are fake
