Hello Fishes, Its like almost 2 years I am working at Flipkart (As an off role FTC) they never say anythng about converting me into FTE even putting so much efforts. Still I believe that learning is far important now even after that there is no appreciation just they treat the off role employees very bad (Few stakeholders) now this makes an employee demotivated and depressed, there is no personal life even on Saturday we work. Really need to change this job searching but no vacancy. MIS jobs. Tata Consultancy Infosys Accenture Cognizant
