Interesting work. Opportunity to work on large scale projects, freedom to propose your own solutions.

Poor work life balance, too much work to do. Expected to work on weekends to meet deadlines. Incompetent managers, if your manager likes you, you will get promoted, get good projects. Low yearly hikes. Most great engineers have left because of low pay. Increase in PIPs since this year, job security has reduced.
