You are expected to work at night because whole day goes in meetings 5. Systems are not stable hence a lot of on-call. People prefer putting hacks thn having a proper solution. 6. Promotion .. hahaha... Don't expect it here

No work life balance Tech systems are down most of the time - you will be blamed for the delays. Unnecessary pressure of the work- People and leaders will always push you to complete the work even it saturday or sunday or night time in weekdays. At the same time they will tell you that they don't want you to work on weekends or late night. If you are in business team, operations, marketing team or inventory planner team. Please be ready to work day and night.

No Work -Life Balance Work Pressure is at peak Managers does not listen to their team members. HR hardly respond to any urgent requests or take any action. Not at all Employee Friendly company They only want you to work 24X7, just the Big company but it is so frustrating to work at such a place where even at senior position you are not valued, nobody helps you at the end and no-one takes any action so in the end you have to just leave the job. They don't care about their employee Anytime work can come, even at 11pm you can get a call if the sale is going live at 12pm. No Learning, not good at all.
