Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Flowers Foods full-time for less than a year
Pros
Pay is higher than other jobs in area, some people are nice, good benefits, free bread and buns, provided uniforms
Cons
Management thinks of employees as simple minded and expendable, hottest place I’ve ever worked in the summer ( 105+), must give up your personal life for the bread, maintenance has no idea what they’re doing so machines are constantly down, all superintendents are mean and don’t care about your problems unless it affects them, building not secure even though touted as secure, 2 days off a week but never in a row, rules loosely enforced

"Good experience as an employee. Because bread is made here and there is need of warmth to activate the yeast."

Pros
Good bosses. Good benefits. Currently (2017) the director is hands on daily. All levels of management and supervision are hard working and most are extremely polite.
Cons
Very hot in summer months. A point system is used to control absences. Too many points will cause delayed advancement.

Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Flowers Foods full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
Pretty good benefits. Decent working conditions. Somewhat understanding from time to time. Pretty fair on annual raises when one is being reviewed.
Cons
Expects too much as far as being a manager. Really No family time at all, Which they seem to talk highly on this. You as a manager are on call 24 / 7.

Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Flowers Foods full-time for more than a year
Pros
good pay, good benefits such as 401k, health, dental, life insurance, credit league. If u can take orders from supervisors who barely know the job this is for u.
Cons
Long hours, really hot in summer. Ever changing schedule, very poor management. Old equipment where management expects you to work miracles.
