As a Flowers Foods franchise owner you get to earn an above average salary while being your own boss. Provided you do not mind working long hours.
Cons
The company views your status as independent as a formality. In practice the company does not hold in high regard the legal arrangement of people operating as independent contractors. Therefore if there is ever any problem with the company, they have no problem getting rid of you.
