    I worked at Flowers Foods

    Pros

There are none that I can think of.

    Cons

Absolutely zero work- life balance. You are expected to be there for this company every single minute of every single day of your life. You work hard and give your all to Flowers and there is zero appreciation.

I worked at Flowers Foods full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good pay. Fairly easy work

    Cons

No work-life balance. Expect to work every Saturday and Sunday. Very rude management, with no management skills from top down. Hot environments especially during summer. Treats employees like they're lesser than. Doesn't want to change after employees give them ways to change company culture and morale.

    I worked at Flowers Foods

    Pros

Good pay. good benefits. Very stable. They promote from within. Good opertunitys if you can handle the work load. I'm very grateful to have spent time there.

    Cons

Long hours. Very hot on production floor in summer. Poor work/life balance. The way the company is setup as LLCs allows for the local management to do as they please with minimal oversight. Policys change frequently.
