Since I’ve joined Flying Food in 2014 I’ve been able to grow and take on and learn so much. The company prides itself on promoting from within and investing in its team members. I’m pride to be apart of this growing and exciting company.

- doesn't plan future production well - very unrealistic expectations of employees - doesn't invest in employees - allows "old boys' network" to run the show - sometimes unethical

They offer jobs to people who do not speak english.

Cons

Supervisors squeezes every ounce of blood, sweat, and tears from you all for minimum wage. Forced overtime and when you're tired, you get in trouble for needing and asking for a break.
