Pros
I only recently started with Foley, but my first impression is definitely positive. When starting off in a new industry there is without a doubt a lot of new information and a steep learning curve, however the team has been incredibly supportive and has provided amazing coaching. The day to day work is very collaborative and everyone I have had the opportunity to work with has been super helpful and compassionate. I find that the best thing about working at Foley is the people.
Cons
Working in customer service there can be times where a client has unreasonable expectations or has limited understanding of the rules/regulations. Luckily there is a great group of people at Foley who have the exposure to assist in these types of situations.

Great co-workers, a lot of support from management and supervisors, employee engagement (contests, company outings, etc.), work flexibility with WFH vs. in-office, wonderful benefits, clear job definitions and expectations, opportunity for growth.

Foley's sales team rocks! If you have never been in SaaS sales this is the place to start. The sales team is very helpful and full of knowledge. I learned so much about the B2B sales process, being that this is my first initial sales role after a bogus training program. However, Foley is something like a family cooperation willing to guide you and help you advance your sales career.

I have been part of the Foley family for three and a half years. I started as an SDR for Good Egg back in 2018 - when you could count the number of sales reps on the team on two hands - and immediately fell in love with the industry, our clients, and helping businesses be successful while helping them hire the best candidates. Not too long after that, I had the opportunity to apply to be a supervisor for that team. I was fortunate to get the position and work with the VP of Sales on implementing processes and developing leaders that are still driving revenue. For the past two years, I have worked alongside our parent company Foley as a Manager for Business Development, facilitating the department's growth and sharing the vision with our VP of Sales and co-manager. I love that I'm in such a unique position helping coach team members to their next promotion with Foley's vision to promote within. That is something that motivates me more than anything else in the job. Watching my team grow from day one is something that gives me the joy to be here every day. Foley has allowed me to grow my career in sales and leadership beyond my expectations.
