> Lots of transfers. Inter state as well as within the state. > No proper guest house facilities to aid transfers. They will give guest house to relatives of top officials for vacation, but not help own employees by giving them guest house. > Very less chances of home posting. > No career progress, bleak promotion possibilities. > Since it is a not for profit organisation, benefits and salary not par with other PSU's. > This experience is of very little use elsewhere.
