Pros

Some employees get promoted quickly. The pay is fair. The coworkers are great, for the most part. Decent hours if you are given the opportunity to train for several positions. The company offers decent benefits. Not a bad place to work if you are looking for an entry level job.

Cons

Ridiculous amounts of stress. You're expected to be able to simultaneously juggle way too many tasks every single day. Morale is down across my entire store and the store managers really don't notice. The company sends secret shoppers too frequently, which in turn makes our customer interactions feel forced, and less genuine. We do not have enough workers to cover when others call out. When district managers visit, if they stop to talk to associates about how things are going, either the store manager or an assistant manager stand nearby to intimidate us into acting like everything is just peachy. A lot of our equipment is broken.
