Working with Foodlink was the WORST experience of my life! If you weren't in the IN crowd your thoughts and opinions didn't matter and the organization is very cliquish. My experience was equivalent to being in a real life "Mean Girls" movie, only 10 times worst! ALL people in management think they're the end all and be all with all the knowledge the universe holds which is far from accurate. Just because they're 'highly educated' or were favored by the CEO isn't indicative of their ability to effectively operate the organization. They also lack any sort of soft/people skills but constantly talked about internal and external customer service which they didn't abide by. There are the phoniest people I've ever met in my life! Don't be fooled by the fake smiles. I honestly don't believe they really care about the clients, they're only concerned about their bottom line/numbers. The organization also lacks true diversity which is explains why they think and behave with a limited, jaded perspective. Lastly, there's significant turnover for an organization that doesn't have a large staff. People either realized they're working in hell and quit or they're forced out with unreasonable, uncompromising ultimatums. Many employees were pressured into working more than 40 hours without being compensated on a regular basis which is a violation of Department of Labor regulations
