I join the Footprints in March 2021 its is almost one year with the footprints family, I have already almost 7 year experience with other company during my tenure I found the working environment & friendly behavior of is value of work the now. They provide us employee benefits running busines with good and smart way to grow & shine. I have long working plan with footprints.

Pros

Friendly staff and Managers, flexible hours and working with great kiddos. Offers great free trainings in ABA and Early childhood development.

Cons

Unprofessional and waited months before they were able to get me any hours. Uncompensated drive time for training with a 2 hour commute one way to work minimal hours. Also lower pay then other local ABA providers.

Clients and their families, some supervisors were supportive

Cons

Mistreatment of autistic people, use of escape extinction, forced eye contact, desensitization training, teaching clients to mask their autistic traits.. They throw brand new technicians into homes with almost zero training, months would go by where supervisors wouldn't communicate with me about a client at all. They expect techs to live on 25-30 hours a week while driving hundreds of miles per week.
