    Pros

Ford Motor Company was a good company to work for, that allows its employees to grow and nurture into successful careers.

    Cons

The auto industry is in a major overhaul where companies are shrinking and having to spend more of its resources on the development of electrical and autonomous vehicles. In addition, the upper management has been trying to expand beyond the core of what the company is and causing it to fall behind with its core business.
